I have an X-Box One. I ordered the Xim 4 before I ordered the Keymander. I had to send it back 3 times. I could not get the controller to register. I then got a refund and bought the Keymander. It took me three days to get it to work but I finally got it working and it works great. There was little to no help on the website but luckily I downloaded the manual. If you have an X-Box one and want to use this here are a few suggestions. I bought a corded controller and it does not work with the keymander. I HAVE to put my cordless controller with a cord attached to it to make it work with my Keymander. When programming the mouse sensitivity hok a laptop to the Keymander WHILE you have it hooked up to your X-Box one. You can change the sensitivity WAY easier than with the in game controls. I cannot compare this to the Xim-4 due to not being able to get 3 Xim-4s to function with my system. I am sure that was user error seeing how others use and love the Xim-4. I HAVE noticed other support issues with it and the new X-Box Ones in their support gallery though. I will say if you want to play Destiny or any other FPS mouse and keyboard is the way to go and this will definitely do the trick. I am writing this review after using this product for almost 45 days. So these are very specific reviews. I will try to be short for others to make decisions easier. I am a classic FPS fan. This product works flawlessly and 100% like mentioned in details. It is an excellent choice for FPS games. There is 0% lag with mouse movements. It is really precise. It is extremely easy to install. Infact at first you dont need to setup. Its just plug and play. But if you want to re-map your keys according to different games you can always do that. It works really good with third party mouse and keyboards any 5. I use it with Logitech G510 keyboard and G402 Mouse. You can use controller as well along with mouse and keyboard and thats the best part. The results are awesome, being a 10 year pc gamer after switching to console had some frustrations. There is one slight drawback not hardware but gameplay , with third person views, like the Division etc. There are some movement issues because with controller you are operating with 2 sticks where as in mouse keyboard its different. So basically its not ideal to use with third person in consoles. Games I have used on: COD Black Ops 3, Battlefield 1, COD Black Ops, The Division, DOOM, Destiny, GTA 5, Overwatch, Battlefield 4, Titanfall 1 and 2 10. You will not get banned for this as this is not illegal. This is 100% ethical. For people who say this is a cheat they are wrong. A person who has never used a mouse keyboard will obviously never play better on controller and same goes for the mouse keyboard gamer. Just ask yourself this question, when Microsoft has officially released controller support on PC, does that make unethical? Secondly, its not a god like feature, i still get beaten with a lot of people in fps games. I would highly recommend this product. Its really good for PC gamers switching to console and most of all its a very reliable product! Works like a charm, no lag, made of sturdy materials. However, do not expect it to work the way you want it straight out of the box, instead you better be ready to fine tune it to meet your needs or rather to match what you are comfortable with. Customizing is not hard but it can be tedious , you just plug it into your computer and download the free software from the IOGEAR website which allows you fully tailor it to your needs. If your an impatient sort, or someone who flies into a tantrum at the slightest provocation than I suggest you keep your money and use it to get counseling instead. This Product really is amazing i read some reviews and watched videos before hand and everyone complained about input lag and i have to say after some tweaking i got my settings perfect and i play with the mouse and keyboard very smoothly on my ps4 and its almost unfair to regular players because i have a big edge over them in sharpness and aiming. Bought this to use a mouse and keyboard on Xbox one. Over all I am very pleased with the way that it performs. It took me about an hour to get set up properly sensitivity needing major adjustments but is plug and play ready. Two negative things that I have experienced but in no way are not two deal-breakers are. But again I am using mouse and keyboard on an Xbox. So that's why it's getting 5 stars from me.
